| Born in 1953, Srikanta Datta
Narasimha Raja Wadiyar is the son of the
last ruler of Mysore, Jayachamrajendra
Wadiyar and the heir to the Wadiyar
legacy. |

| He is renowned for his deep passion
for Literature, Music and Politics. He
is the President of the Karnataka State
Cricket Association. He is a noted
patron of the arts and is an avid
collector of Fine and Decorative Arts.
His creative passions are for interior
decoration and luxury branding of
Jewellery, Fashion, and Hotels. His
desire to introduce the world to the
experience of true Palace living
inspired his idea of converting his
palaces into a chain of Heritage Hotels,
under the corporate brand of Maheshore
Royal Heritage Palaces, Hotels, Resorts
and Spas Private Limited. He believes
that each one of these palaces, even
after complete refurbishment, will
continue the tradition, character and
style, which is associated with the
Palace history and culture. |
